Once this has been cleared up - if it ever is - maybe Amazon's reliability of service has to be brought into question. But then we're faced with finding an alternative.

DeleteI have replied to the initial email with screenshots of the relevant metadata and of the file structure showing how and when the Compendium was put together. Since then, I’ve heard nothing.
I am looking at alternatives, but there aren’t that many out there.

The pdfs from Wargames Vault are very good value for money in my opinion. I can only imagine that your Amazon woes are due to the wonderful AI revolution Bob (I'm thinking of changing my name to Maudlin Jack Luddite)

DeleteI am seriously looking at Wargame Vault as a replacement for Amazon … but it doesn’t have the same global reach.
AI has many uses BUT some organisations are allowing it to make decisions that should really involve some human oversight or intervention.
Perhaps Maudlin King Ludd might be a better ‘new’ name! 😉
