In the way of things, I suspect it now commands high prices.<br />In addition to your sources (I haven't found a copy of Zook and the old GDW board game is pricey) Marshall Estigarribia's memoirs have been translated into English "The Epic of the Chaco", which is worth looking out for as is Adrian English's "Armed Forces of Latin America".
