Imagi-world map progress

The following extracts from my imagi-world map show the current state of progress.

Imagi-world Europe

Each country has its own unique colour (the exception being Light Grey; this is used to identify neutral or non-aligned countries), and this helps to identify each of the areas that form part of that country and its overseas colonies or associated territories.

Imagi-world Africa

Imagi-world Middle East

Fezia is obviously the dominant power in the region, but its hold on some of its territories is more than a little tenuous.

  1. Don M,

    Many thanks!

Once I have got the map finished I hope to write a short (possible not very short) 'The world in ...' blog entry to go with it. This will explain the background to each imagi-nation, and will include a brief history, description of its government, and list of any colonies or overseas territories it has.

    All the best,

    Bob

  2. Hi Bob,

Fantastic looking thus far and i know the 'state of the world in....' will be a pleasure to read (as I am sure it will be for you to draft!).

If you are not averse to it I would love to make use of some of these nations and would be more than happy to provide any help with the back story.

    All the best,

    DC

  3. David Crook,

I am looking forward to writing the back story for this imagi-world ... just as soon as I have finished the map!

Please feel free to use the map with or without the back story. I had the notion that once I have completed the map and the back story there might be some support for an associated blog that people can contribute to.

    All the best,

    Bob

  4. Hi Bob,

That sounds like a really good wheeze re the blog. No prizes for guessing where my particular area of interest will lie though - I have always found Middle Eastern a-Fezia of state to be a fascinating subject for gaming....;-)

    All the best,

    DC

  5. David Crook,

It is just an idea at the present ... but you never know ... it might happen!

I thought that Fezia might appeal to you, especially as it covers such a diverse area.

    All the best,

    Bob

  7. Just noticed Forbodia on your map. So that's where it is!

  8. Tim Gow,

Any information you have about Forbodia would be gratefully received ... but may be mangled to fit it in the history of the region as it is already written!

    All the best,

    Bob
