Building modular fortifications: A short progress report

I am making slow but steady progress with painting the completed wall, tower, and gateway modules. The wood has been sealed with PVA glue and a coat of primer has been applied. The next stage is to begin applying the undercoat, after which the top coat of paint will be added.

I have also begun work on some additional modules; two that represent destroyed walls/towers (basically the remains of a couple of walls and piles of rubble, all mounted on 50mm x 50mm squares of MDF) and four gun positions. Once these are complete they will be painted to match the other modules.
