Another terrorist attack in London

For reasons that will become abundantly clear in the near future, I did not see the news of the attack on the worshippers from the Finsbury Park mosque until today.

Needless to say, I was horrified by what appears to be a so-called 'revenge' tit-for-tat act of terrorism by yet another 'lone wolf' on innocent people. My thoughts and condolences once again go out to everyone affected by this murderous attack, be they the friends and families of those killed and injured or the first responders - including bystanders - who dealt with the aftermath.

  1. Yes, another sad and detestable act of violence. The only good part is the heroism and decency shown by so many people; police and other "first responders", bystanders and victims of all sorts and different faiths and ethnicities and all that.

Best wishes to London and the rest of the UK!

    1. Fitz-Badger,

Cheers! The way people responded both during and after recent events shows that whatever happens, the vast majority of the population are decent, compassionate human beings.

      Long may it remain so!

      All the best,

      Bob

  2. Im surprised it was so long in the coming. The problem is it will fuel the paranoia that the Islamic terrorists use to recruit people. You could see that in the way they attacked the media immediately. We will struggle to counter ignorance and hate.

    1. Robbie Rodiss,

An attack of this kind was unfortunately inevitable, and will be used by both sides to justify further terrorism.

      All the best,

      Bob
