Whilst waiting for the printed proof copies of my latest book to arrive, I have renovated four more vehicles for my 20mm-scale World War Two German army.
The models also come from a variety of sources, and include ones manufactured by Airfix, ROCO Minitanks, and Viking.
One can never have too many vehicles.
ReplyDeleteUnless of course you are moving through a hilly wooded area with only a few second grade roads.
Ross Mac,
DeleteI’ve heard that said before!
The half-tracks will tow my renovated 105mm guns, and the saloon car will be a divisional commander’s vehicle.
All the best,
Bob
Trucks Ross, Trucks. Vehicles are for posh people and Frenchman. :-)
DeleteRegards, Chris.
Looking forward to seeing the whole division, Bob.
DeleteRegards, Chris.
Chris Kemp,
DeleteWhy do we use two terms for the same type of vehicle? They seem to be interchangeable, but I always think of trucks as American and lorries as British.
All the best,
Bob
Chris Kemp,
DeleteThe saloon car is being allocated to my existing Luftwaffe Division, and the artillery tractors and guns will be used to form a corps reserve.
All the best,
Bob
Chris Kemp,
DeleteHave a look at the following:

Lovely little staff car Bob
ReplyDeleteMaudlin Jack Tar,
DeleteIt’s a Viking model of a Citroen saloon car. I think that it is a Traction Avant ... but I’m not absolutely sure.
All the best,
Bob
