Using my 'slowly but surely' approach, I have managed to add three more units of French Line Infantry to my collection.
I have another batch of French Line Infantry to complete before I can move on to what I think will be the last batch of French Light Infantry I will need to renovate, varnish, and base.

Excellent progress!
ReplyDeleteJonathan Freitag,
DeleteCheers! By the time I have finished my French army will probably exceed four hundred figures ... and the collection will probably reach near enough a thousand figures.
All the best,
Bob
Really enjoy watching your progress. Lovely figures.
ReplyDeleteMark Nichipor,
DeleteThanks for your comment. They are nice figures, and are actually quite easy to renovate.
All the best,
Bob
Bob, you are a very disciplined man!
DeleteI'd have been alternating British and French units, taking breaks to play games and never finishing.
Ross Mac,
DeleteNot so much disciplined as bloody minded! Once I got started, I decided that this was one project I was going to finish as best I could. I still have the additional French Artillery and Cavalry to do ... and some more Infantry that I found in a storage box that I had previously overlooked! Once they are finished (which I hope will be early next year) I have a small Russian Napoleonic army and some odds and ends to renovate, varnish and base.
All the best,
Bob
