L’Iber: Museo de los Soldaditos de Plomo, Valencia: The Boxer Rebellion

The museum has a large cabinet containing a diorama of the Boxer attack on the Foreign Legations during the Boxer Rebellion.

    Hi Bob,
    I've had a long time interest in The Boxer Rebellion- probably after viewing '55 Days at Peking' movie staring Charlton Heston, David Niven and Ava Gardner. The Diorama is a beaut...I may be wrong -though some of the figures look to be made by 'Tradition'. Thanks for posting. Regards. KEV.

      55 DAYS AT PEKING also inspired my interest in the Boxer Rebellion, and seeing these figures has revived it.
