La Ultima Cruzada ... is about to be uploaded to Lulu.com!

The proof-reading of the text has been completed thanks to the efforts of my wife, Arthur Harman, and Robert-Jan Maycock. I have made the changes that this process identified, and this morning I did a final check to ensure that the layout was they way I wanted it to be.

I have also selected the illustration I want to use on the book's cover and written the blurb to go on the cover. All that now remains is for me to upload the files to Lulu.com and to have a proof copy printed. Once that has arrived and the absolutely final checks are completed, I can approve the book for publication.

    1. Kev Robertson,

Cheers! I've just uploaded all the necessary files, designed the cover, and ordered a printed proof copy. Now all I have to do is to sit back and wait for it to arrive!

      All the best,

      Bob

    1. David Crook,

If past experience is anything to go by, the proof copy should be with me in a fortnight or so. Once that is checked, I can release the book for publication.

The price will be £24.99, and at present it will only be available as a hardback book. I may release an eBook version at a later date, but I don't think that it makes sense to publish in paperback format as it is 292 pages long and I'm not sure that a paperback would be much cheaper and it certainly won't be as durable.

      All the best,

      Bob

    3. Cromojaro,

I don't have any plans at present to produce a paperback or eBook version of LA ULTIMA CRUZADA. I may consider doing so later in the year if I think that there is sufficient demand.

      All the best,

      Bob

    1. Talk Wargaming,

Thank you for your kind offer, but having visited your website I don't think that the sort of content I publish will appeal to your readership.

      All the best,

      Bob

    2. Hey There,

Thanks for responding, I first want to apologize for having to post comments all around the blogsphere to get in contact with people such as yourself it seems spammy I know. We are interested in your content Robert as certain things may be quite interesting for our readers.

We here at talkwargaming.com are looking to expand our content genre than just Sci-fi to create a platform that can be for all wargamers no matter the size of the miniature or game played.

It's been difficult to get people to help us out here on the content end so we needed a new strategy.

To save time on both ends here I'm going to list a few questions and if you're still interested we'll move on from here!

1.) How Much Money Would You Want For 1 Post You Have Done Or A Group Of Pieces Of Content (Like A Campaign) That Are In Relation To Each Other?
2.) Would You Accept That Once We Purchase The Particular Piece Of Content It Is Talkwargaming's Now And Must Be Taken Down From Your Own Website?
3.) There Will Be Points When We Like Content You Have Created But Cannot Buy It Immediately, Would You Accept An Option From Us To Possibly Buy It In the Future?

If you have questions let know.

      Interested in hearing from you,

      Joshua Stawiarski

    3. Talk Wargaming,

Thank you for contacting me again. Unfortunately your offer really does not appeal to me as I am very happy publishing my work myself or through the pages of other publications.

      All the best,

      Bob
