Despite being told last night by a member of the Middle Management Team that the 'phone call from Ofsted was expected today ... the 'phone call has not yet come.
This means that we will move back to OFCON 2 (Ofsted readiness condition 2, or Readiness for Ofsted Visit is less than maximum). The codeword for this is ABOUT FACE ... and that describes just how things are at the moment ... going in the opposite direction to the one we were going in yesterday!
'Confidence is high!' ... I don't think so!
